Nick began his career in marketing after graduating from Michigan State University in 2019. He applies his unique skill set in his customer success role to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You can find him running, playing/watching soccer, mountain biking, or scoping out the best place to grab an authentic bite!

Andrew has over a decade of experience in leading technology teams in different industries. Joelle is a visual designer and artist with over 8 years of inhouse experience working in the fairtrade, retail, and tech startup space. Before CertifID, she served as a Creative Lead focusing on brand development and advocating for design to be a top priority for business success. Most recently, Joelle transitioned into product design where she has transferred her experience in visual storytelling into user-centered designs with a touch of creative sparkle.

A decision to make a career change in Leo's earlier years drove him to find his calling in software engineering. He brings experience from a wide variety of industries, both large and small; such as FinTech, Insurance, Healthcare, and Workforce Productivity. His passion is to apply teamwork on complex problems and create elegant solutions. When he is not behind the computer you can find Leo reading, cooking, and in the park with his dogs.

Anthony brings a decade of experience in sales and outbound operations, and is passionate to bring ground breaking technology solutions to enhance a customers operations. Before joining CertifID, Anthony led outbound sales in Real Estate, Cybersecurity, and Title. Anthony is passionate about growing and protecting customer’s business and developing genuine relationships along the way.

Tim has been helping people get the most out of their technology for the past decade. With a background in technical support in non-profit and higher ed, Tim has experience helping users of all ability levels achieve their goals.

Mike brings over 30 years of software development and architecture experience to the team. He has been a key player in more than 40 commercial projects for enterprises such as Porsche, Booz Allen Hamilton, MTV, Audi, and Les Schwab.

Will began his career as an analyst in the mortgage industry after graduating from Santa Clara University. Since then, he has applied his skills wearing many different hats for multiple startups. In his free time, you can most likely find him out fly fishing on any number of rivers.

Aaron wakes up every day excited to solve big problems. With 10+ years in the SaaS industry and a keen eye for scalable growth and operational rigor, Aaron has a reputation for 'getting it done' and using data to drive intelligent decision making for company leaders as well as front-line staff. When he's not chasing around his 3 children, he enjoys live music, good food and puzzles of all shapes and sizes.

Chris is a recent graduate with honors from California State University-Fullerton with a degree in computer science. His passion and curiosity for technology have led him to work with other like-minded professionals to create and perfect systems that make life easier and safer.

Nate graduated from Harvard University in 2021 with a concentration in Economics and Psychology. After two years with CertifID as an intern, Nate developed a hunger for tackling the challenging projects that drive innovation and rapid growth at startups. He accepted an offer to join CertifID full-time after graduation and hasn't looked back!

Ryan brings over a decade of experience working on web and mobile technologies. He loves solving problems as a team. When not behind a keyboard, you can usually find him spending time with his family, walking, listening to podcasts, or reading a book.

Interest led Lei to a career in software development after he graduated from college in 2012. He gained valuable experience working with and delivering products to enterprises of various sizes, from Porsche, Audi, Les Schwab, and Wheel Pros to local small businesses. His passion has always been making meaningful products that help people.

Ben has spent over 10 years in various Customer Success and Product Implementation roles in the SaaS industry. He has honed his skills in that time to ensure the success of his clients by providing a world class onboarding / implementation experience. Ben enjoys building rapport and establishing solid relationships by leading with empathy and fostering a mutual understanding of his client’s business goals.

Tyler brings a decade of leadership experience developing and launching technology businesses. Before co-founding CertifID, Tyler led new product development at BCG Digital Ventures for Mercedes-Benz, First American Financial, Boston Scientific, and Aflac.

From an early age, Milen's primary interest has always been technology and software development. He joined CertifID from the earliest days of developing an MVP. Today Milen focuses on maintaining and improving world-class security practices to protect businesses and consumers from fraud.

Joey has spent the last 10 years in the SaaS industry focused on Customer Success and Product implementation. He has helped onboard and implement product suites for Real Estate Agents, Financial Advisors, Mortgage professionals, Attorneys, Contractors and other small business owners. His favorite part about Customer Success is helping companies and their end users establish a mutually beneficial partnership centered around long term value and trust.

Katie's background combines both IT and education. Her degree is in Management Information Systems, and she spent her first four years in the workforce as an IT business analyst. Katie took a career turn and joined Teach for America and worked in inner-city schools in Indianapolis as a math teacher and eventually an assistant principal. Today she combines her IT nerdiness and love of teaching, helping customers find success every day.

Shannon has over 8 years of experience working with clients on strategy in Customer Success roles. She continues to support her customers by building trust through listening and understanding their individual goals. When she's not working, Shannon can be found listening to live music, trying a new restaurant or hanging out with her pitbull, Jayla.

I have been in testing fields for over six years now with a background in multinational companies as well as startups. Unlike common opinion, I see QA as not just a "go and break it" concept but systematically and responsibly helper of all parties to decide whether the product they’ve got is the product they want. I believe that QA is engaging and powerfully creative and there is an endless amount to learn. I am grateful to be with Certifid.

Katie helps customers match business requirements with technology solutions and enhance customer interactions. After graduating from Kalamazoo College, she taught English through the Fulbright program before starting a career in cloud-based software sales. She loves using her skills as a lifelong learner and teacher to better understand customers needs and to help them build results.

When he is not hanging out with the family, he might be found running the local trails in his free time.

Luis brings a decade of design and product leadership experience to the team. Before joining CertifID, Luis helped lead product and design at Merlin Labs, a HomeServices and Berkshire Hathaway real estate innovation lab. He also co-founded InHouse, a real estate marketing, and data platform, in 2015. Today, he combines his passion for thoughtful design and his experience in real estate to help create a future safe from wire fraud.

Tyler has worked for a number of SaaS start-ups, in roles ranging from support to customer success and advocacy. He believes advocating for customers includes solving problems, making sure their voices are heard, and providing them with the resources to help themselves.

Andres has been in the technical support industry for the better part of a decade. Aiming to provide a complete and satisfactory customer experience. It is not just enough to fix the issue but to ensure future problems are limited as well. Before joining CertifID, Andres was an onboarding specialist for the security industry, helping new customers experience peace of mind.

Skylar is a rising sophomore studying business administration at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). He is very involved on campus as a student leader, specifically representing, supporting, and uplifting traditionally underrepresented students in higher education. He has experience working as a marketing consultant with the American Marketing Association at CMU. He enjoys thrifting, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Natalia is a product designer and UX leader with 8+ years of experience. She champions data-driven innovation and user research. As a product designer, She creates intuitive experiences for the end-user while balancing business needs and goals. Before joining CertifID, Natalia worked within the startup space, helping companies and entrepreneurs design mobile apps & modern websites, from concept to fully functioning digital experiences.

Samantha began her career in Customer Success after graduating from the McCombs Business School at the University of Texas in 2014. With a background in start-up’s and tenure as an Austin resident, she’s accustomed to change and building successful partnerships. In her free time, she enjoys the Austin music scene and exploring the city with her mini Aussie, Bennie.

Tyler has spent most of his career in SaaS, holding various roles in software support and customer success. He thrives on fully equipping his users to utilize their software from top to bottom. His favorite part of working in software is seeing customers realize the value add software provides to improve their processes, procedures, and workflows.

Before joining CertifID Natasha led technology startups, building a high moral culture that empowered staff and guided the organization's growth.
