Our Interview Process

We can't wait to meet you! We recognize and understand that there is a balancing act of real life and job interviews. We promise to respect your time! As a candidate, here is what you can expect as you make your way through our interview process:

1. Application Review

The hiring team will review your skills and experience. We are excited to understand how your background meets most or all of the qualifications of the position.

2. Interview with our Talent & Culture Team

Get excited to learn more about our product, culture and our people. A 45-minute video interview where we get to know the person behind the resume. We’ll cover your experience in detail and seek to understand your goals. We ask that you do your research on our company, our values, our product, and bring questions!

3. Interview with the Hiring Manager

Get ready to meet the hiring manager (typically the person you would report to). An opportunity to dive deeper into the role with a 1-hour video interview. Come ready with examples of projects you’ve worked on and skills you’ve picked up in your career.

4. Interview with other Team Members

For us, we feel like this is actually a mutual interview. You may interview with 2-3 people at once or have a one-on-one...be yourself, relax and enjoy!

5. Job Exercise

We are pretty certain you’re a great candidate and you’re in the final stages in making a decision on whether or not CertifID is the right step for you in your career. We’ll send over an exercise related to the role you’re applying for (a coding exercise or sales presentation, for example). This is meant to validate your skills in a practical approach and a way for us to understand your unique approach.

6. Offer
