Every Monday, we catch up as an entire company to stay aligned on business goals, celebrate victories, and make sure we are all rowing in the same direction.
Born from his Italian family’s tradition of a big Sunday supper, our CEO Tyler Adams sends the entire team a Loom video to start each week. It’s a powerful way to scale conversations and keep everyone informed.
During this monthly lunch and learn, a member of our team shares a new skill, productivity hack or cool hobby. Recent sessions have included discussions of 3D printing, email automation tools, and emotional dignity.
We celebrate all that we’ve accomplished at the end of each quarter. We also recognize team members who best embodied our PROGRESS values during that quarter.

The hiring team will review your skills and experience. We are excited to understand how your background meets most or all of the qualifications of the position.
Get excited to learn more about our product, culture and our people. A 45-minute video interview where we get to know the person behind the resume. We’ll cover your experience in detail and seek to understand your goals. We ask that you do your research on our company, our values, our product, and bring questions!
Get ready to meet the hiring manager (typically the person you would report to). An opportunity to dive deeper into the role with a 1-hour video interview. Come ready with examples of projects you’ve worked on and skills you’ve picked up in your career.
For us, we feel like this is actually a mutual interview. You may interview with 2-3 people at once or have a one-on-one...be yourself, relax and enjoy!
We are pretty certain you’re a great candidate and you’re in the final stages in making a decision on whether or not CertifID is the right step for you in your career. We’ll send over an exercise related to the role you’re applying for (a coding exercise or sales presentation, for example). This is meant to validate your skills in a practical approach and a way for us to understand your unique approach.
