Time for a Change

As a leader in the title insurance industry, Christian Ross knew a safer solution to transfer wire instructions was essential. Real estate transactions have a large number of participants, coupled with many of his closings being remote, he sought after a partner to eliminate the risk of wire fraud for his firm and clients. 

Additionally, with E&O and Cyber Insurance policies offering less coverage or requiring more procedures to get coverage, Ross Title had to make the change.

Luckily, Christian was familiar with CertifID per his previous employer, Campbell & Brannon. Ross Title's main focus was securing wiring instructions to buyers. Since implementing CertifID, Ross Title has rarely received client pushback, and when they do, they have a playbook for handling those situations. As far as implementing CertifID with his staff, he compared it to sending an email.
